Smoothies Day 4

Breakfast: blueberry, spinach, strawberries, water smoothie.

Lunch: peach, coconut milk, pineapple, almond, water smoothie

Dinner: potato, carrot, onion, celery water, soup

Dessert: cherry, bluberry, cocoa, walnut smoothie

Smoothies Day 3

Okay, it might be getting a little old. I'm craving the food off my kids' plates :)

Breakfast: leftover creamsicle smoothie (probably not the best idea)


Lunch: apple, applesauce, peanut butter, oats, 1/2 banana, walnuts, cinnamon (yum!) Similar to this recipe at FitSugar.

Dinner: black bean, corn, tomato, onion, avocado bowl and roasted chickpeas and onions with cumin.

Dessert: cherry, Cocoa, oat, honey, vanilla, 1/2 banana water smoothie (best yet!)

Smoothies Day 2



It's not so bad! I'm feeling really full, maybe too full. Here's what I ate today!

Breakfast: spinach, blueberry, cherry, strawberry, water smoothie (I know, it's the same as yesterday, but better safe than sorry!)

Lunch: peanut butter, banana, oat, water smoothie (this was warm...yuck! so I stuck it back in with some crushed ice...much better!)

Dinner: black beans, kidney beans, onion, tomato, avocado, corn bowl

Dessert: orange, oj, coconut milk, vanilla, honey, water smoothie (It tastes just like a creamsicle!!!) I got the recipe from For The Love Of Fiber on PopSocial.com through Pinterest.

Smoothies Day 1

Well, my friend, Merrilee, and I are doing a smoothie fast. No sugar, no dairy, no processed anything. I'm going to try to keep track of all the different smoothies I try. Hopefully that will make me be a little more daring!

Breakfast: Apple slices.

Lunch: 1 cup water, spinach, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, purple grapes, and pecans smoothie. Following the basics at HenryHappened I made my first delicious smoothie.




















Dinner: Pinto beans with tomato, onion, and avocado. I guess I could have blended this, but I didn't.

Dessert: Pineapples, peaches, orange juice and almonds smoothie.
